Railway scales require a stable base support trough time, and when the soil does not present the appropriate hardness profile it requires a civil work of large structure.

Usually you can not interrupt the rail transit operation, which requires a variant construction (detour on the original road route) for the installation. Thus, impacts caused by operational stop and /or transit reduction time can cause significant economic losses.

DM Sistemas de Medição is able to install scales using a technology of precast concrete platforms, without interrupting the railway operation.

It´s an exclusive technology with patent in INPI under the number 015080002366.
