Dynamic Railway Scales – RAILWIM
Dynamic Railway Scales are composed with instrumented rails that are used by rail operators and terminal operators of products use this way of transport.
DM is the only manufacturer of scales that holds the Adoption Model Order of INMETRO to supply equipment in any kind of accuracy, between 0.2 and 1.0% of measured value with the highest speed - up to 25km /h.
Our equipment, depending on the soil quality, can be installed directly on the original path, with civil works or using a technology with parts of precast concrete (the installation does not stop the track).
The RAILWIM equipment line can be operated by software via web, which also allows Remote Assistance (RA). With the accessories of an office remote processing system and image control (CCTV), the RAILWIM scales avoid the need of an operator, automatically grouping lines of wagons and locomotives.
The information is entered in the clients supervision system automatically and instantly.
