Axle counter and derailment detector

System of axes counting, and derailment alarm processing from the inconsistency in the number of wheels / axles identification. Each pair of load cells control the running count of routes. From the parity lack in the count down to the alarm system at CCO or directly to the driver via voice channel or data.
