Detector of Calluses on Wheels – DCW

The railway transport, mainly for subway passenger and urban trains, need to control the occurrence of calluses on wheels, as well as monitor their level of abrasion over time.

The detector of calluses on wheels, built with instrumented tracks, can indicate problems with the vehicles wheels outline, as well as pointing out the level of impact on the way, identifying in which axis-wheel position is present.

Suitable for corrective maintenance actions of the wheels for its preservation and of the permanent road.
